Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. We unfortunately do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges as this is a personalized service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will endeavor to replace your order if needed upon satisfactory investigation. If we are unable to replace your order, we will process a full or a partial refund depending on the issue.
Shipment delay or loss
We endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible via the best available shipping partner. Shipments are tracked; if your shipment is lost or damaged, we are happy to replace it for you. If your shipment is delayed, we will endeavor to contact our shipping partner and update you on the latest status of your order.
Sale items will follow the same policy as full prices items.
